I wrote these tracks after attending my daughter’s High School orientation. The principal announced that the next four years would be the most stressful years of my teen’s life! Much to our dismay, the first half of this CD seems to be a dissertation on the definitions of "affirmation" and the like spoken by a man with a very un-soothing voice. Read More Rating - Indigo Teen Dreams My child has difficulty falling asleep. This CD helped him relax and fall asleep faster. Rating - Excellent I work with teens that are in foster care. I use this CD to introduce them to relaxation techniques. It is broken down in a way that helps them understand and try the techniques out. The teens that I have introduced it to thus far, have been open to at least trying it and once they have tried it they all say that really works. Rating - This CD saved my sanity! For over one year, my 12 year old had major problems going to sleep after starting middle school, going to sleep over 1 hr past her bedtime, and getting migraines the next day.
