Sherry is the recipient of three endowed chairs in technology and was selected as the outstanding instructor at North Arkansas College in 2004. Jim Shuman is a Faculty Emeritus at Bellevue Community College, where he taught Flash and Web Development courses. His industry experience includes Web site and application development using Flash as well as managing a team of multimedia developers and Web specialists to develop interactive courseware. Jim has written several textbooks on these subjects. The Dreamweaver section is not very thorough and the Flash section is somewhat difficult to follow. Overall I was able to master Dreamweaver and Fireworks so two out of three aint bad. The book is definately worth it. I don't have anything to compare it to in regard to these two features, but it is clear to me that the section on Dreamweaver CS3 is not nearly as thorough as the book "Dreamweaver MX 2004" which I purchased several years ago.
