Customer Reviews for: Piensa En Espanol = Think Spanish

Rating 5 out of 5 - Great Product - Even for Beginngers!
Well I don't know what the review below is talking about. This is a GREAT product even for beginners like me! Topics are all about the Spanish-speaking countries...people, travel, festivals, interviews, and news. Not obscure at all. They are refreshing because they are interesting and not just meaningless information that you find in a lot of textbooks. You are actually learning things beyond Spanish. Perhaps the other reviewer hasn't taken ANY Spanish. If that is the case of course this product won't work for you. It says right on the webpage that it is a STUDY SUPPLEMENT. It is not used to teach you the ABC's.

I am in a Spanish study group with 12 other people. We are all subscribers and are all very happy with the product. Also, we are all in our first year of Spanish.

The CD is intended for improving listening comprehension and it does just that. Something that is very hard to grasp when learning Spanish is following along and understanding what someone is saying when they are talking to you. Listening to the CD while you read the article helps tremendously with this.

Any hard words, beyond basic level are translated in the glossary. The entire reason they have the glossary is so you don't have to use the dictionary.

If you have taken some Spanish this is a great product and all 12 of us highly recommend it! (Note: I started my subscription after one semester.)

Rating 3 out of 5 - Watch out for "free" subscription from sponsored links
Do NOT fall for "free subscription" offers from sponsored links. You will be repeatedly asked to accept offers page after page after page, clicking "yes" or "no". Even if you give up and just exit, you will be flooded with spam emails beyond belief.

Rating 5 out of 5 - Great Magazine - Great Vocabulary Builder
I got the book first and then subscribed to this magazine in March. I agree with the other reviewed - GET THE CD version. The Audio CD is great for listening without the text to help you understand the spoken language as I think thats the hardest part. This is such a great magazine for learning Spanish, building vocabulary and keeping up with the language. I highly recommend this product to all Spanish students.
