How much more should you expect to pay for a bill that is graded vs. one that is not? What is the cost of grading?

There really isn't any set premium for graded vs non graded notes. Sometimes substantial premiums are gotten for graded notes, while other times no premium at all is realized.
The average cost per note for grading and authentication is about $35.00.
