My sis and I are new to this hobby (obsession?), and are hoping you can give us perhaps a range of what this note may be worth. Sis found it in her drawer while closing the bar she works at so it is circulated but with no tears etc. The serial number is 19333391

1999 $5 Star Radar notes sell for an average of $25 each in uncirculated condition. Circulated examples sell for $8.-$12.
