| | i have a 1999 $1.00 bill with no serial numbers, and no department of treasury seal, although when i marked it with a counterfeit pen it came up yellow which leads me to believe its a real dollar, but over night the counterfiet pen marks disappeared, no joke there gone. have you any idea why this happens, or if this dollar is worth any thing. |

| 1999 series $1 FRN's missing the 3rd print sell for $75.-$125. in circulated condition, and as much as $225. in uncirculated condition.
I'm not familiar with counterfeit pens but I imagine the marking is meant to disappear. |
