Any ideas of the value of a 1988 $20 bill with third print offset error? The condition of the bill is very good (no rips, tears, marks, etc.) The seals, serial and quandrant numbers are printed on the back side (right side up) and the front is blank where those items are supposed to be. It is currently on Ebay item #3943631609 with a pic. Thanks
