| | I have a 10.00 federal reserve note 1999 (new Design) every things is correct except the green seal on the right side is missing. I can’t even see an impression. The watermark and strip are there, I am sure it is real. It has been handled some, still crisp. I would say EX. I have has a few offers for it but want to make sure I don’t get taken, thanks for your time |

| | 1999 Missing Treasury Seal Error notes ($1.-$20 denominations) in EF condition usually sell for between $75.-$90. However, these notes sell for as little as $40.-$50. on occasion. As with any collectible, the current trend and time and place of sale make a big difference. |
