| | I have a 1999 series one dollar bill serial #A24777574E with D107 in the lower rh corner and D4 in the left. The green US treasury seal is shifted all the way down and 1/4" to the right and appears to be "sitting" on the bottom edge of the bill like a ball in a fishtank (sorry-It's all I could think of). It has one soft fold and is very crisp. What's the ballpark value? |
