| I came across a 1969 $1 Bill that has the front printed on the back as well. It was printed over the backside and is off centered. Is there any value to this? Any information would be greatly appreciated...
Thank you,

| Your note is known as an offset print error. This occurs when ink transfers from the subsequent sheet. The darker the transfer and the overall percentage of transfer, the more valuable the note.
If the transfer is 100%, and is relatively dark in appearance, an uncirculated example would sell for approx. $90. to $125. Light to moderately circulated examples sell for $25. to $40. |
