| | 4 1935A "S" $1 Silver certificates with consecutive serial numbers. All are CU, except for some light soiling which I attribute to oil from fingerprints picking up dirt over the years. Would this be enough damage to drop them into the AU or XF range? Are they worth more as a set (consecutive serial numbers) or individually? Thanks. |

| | The soiling would in deed drop them at least a grade or 2 depending on the severity. Based on a grade of XF-AU, the notes would sell for $90.-$140. each. In terms of consecutive serial numbers, we've found that in most cases selling the notes individually will usually net you a better price. |
