I have a one dollar federal reserve note series 1999 in fair condition. It has no serial numbers. Would someone be kind enough to provide me with any information.

Assuming the error is genuine and the numbers haven't been chemically, or otherwise removed, the note would probably sell for $15.-$20. in fair condition. However most notes in fair to poor condition with missing overprints, have been chemically altered.
