| I have a $10 bill 1950-C (B 26321813 I) with what appears to be a preprinted diecutting guide line on the bottom front border. It's black, very thin, and measures approximately 1/2" in length. As thin as the line is, there's an equally thin thickness of white border below it. The bottom and right white borders are larger than usual, though the border stays intact completely around the printed area. It's especially noticeable on the reverse. It appears to otherwise grade out to around AU-CU.
Any idea to its value and if the guide line (if that's what it is) adds to the value at all?
Thanks!

| | 1950 C $10 Federal Reserve Notes sell for $12.-$15. in AU condition. Guide lines are commonly seen on this series and wouldn't add any value. |
