On the back of my dollar the green box is off center. The white border on the bottom shows approx. 1/4 in. and the top white border is showing approx. 1/8in. The sides are off just enough to see with the eye. When I hold it up to the light the green box does not match with the George's box. The bill grade is VG. Is there any value to my dollar. I can't seem to find any info.

As a general rule, to be deemed a significant misalignment error, the design border from an adjacent note should be visible. Minor misalignments, such as yours are commonly available and don't carry any premium above face value.
