| | I friend of mine has a $10 bill from 1834. This appears to be very rare. Does anybody have any idea how much this is worth or where I could find out a worth for him? My grandfather is a coin collector, but does not know anything about paper money. |

| Excuse my ignorance, but what is an "obsolete"? If it helps, this bill was apparently printed on only one side and printed in Philadelphia. _________________ John 3:16

| | Without actually seeing the note, it's sounds like a Criswell # C-683. Obsoletes are notes that are no longer valid as legal tender. |
