i have a 1990 20$ back to front offset in perfect condition and was wondering what its value is .

The value depends on the percentage of transfer and whether the transfer is light or dark. Uncirculated notes with 100% transfers generally sell in the range of $75. to $125. Circulated examples sell for $35. to $50.
