| Hi. I found a 2003 $10 bill, DG 00001986 A.
It's been folded and circulated, but no rips/holes/ink and
still somewhat crisp.
I haven't seen any birthyear notes starting with 0000.
Any value in this note?

| | Most birth year notes carry a small premium if any. Almost all are collected in uncirculated condition. Being that your note has been folded and circulated it's doubtful that it would carry much of a worthwhile premium at all. |
